Returns

  • You have the right to return clothing items within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

  • The 14-day period starts the day you receive the item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the clothing item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with details of the product you wish to return and the reason to it.

2. Inflatable Items

  • Standard inflatable products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Customized or special-designed inflatable products are not eligible for returns or refunds, as these items are tailored specifically to your requirements.

  • For standard inflatables, the 14-day period starts the day you receive the item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the inflatable product must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your details of the product you wish to return and the reason to it.

Refunds

1. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you within a certain amount of days.

2. Non-refundable Items

  • Customized or special-designed inflatable products are not eligible for refunds.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
